Have you heard of the Green Dam?

It was a term given for the water storage function of forests, they hold the rain water and slowly let the water flow which is very similar to a human-made dams. The importance of water and forests is becoming more and more significant. The relationship between forest rehabilitation and water improvement is also becoming a topic of great interest for many.

The Green Dam development project had been launched with the motto, "healthy forest and clean water."
